Job Description We are looking for Production Operative who will play a key role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently in our uncured and curing areas. The job holder will follow strict quality and safety standards while contributing to a positive team environment.
Earn Big: Competitive hourly rate, with the potential to earn over £530 per weekBalanced Schedule : We have a shift pattern of 6.00 am – 14.00 pm Monday to Friday, giving you more time for yourself.
Key Responsibilities
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Adhere to company policies, including Health & Safety and Food SafetyReport Health & Safety or quality concerns to your Line LeaderParticipate in company training programsMaintain a clean and safe working environmentWear appropriate PPE and follow hygiene requirementsEnsure products meet quality specificationsReport any out-of-specification products or materials to your supervisor or QAResponsible for the curing process of meat products - this involves adding salts or other curing agents to remove moisture and infuse flavour.
