Production Operative - Corby At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading company in the food manufacturing sector in Corby. This role involves maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety to ensure daily production targets are met.
Shift Patterns: 06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00, working any 4 days out of 7. Overtime is available during peak periods. Pay Rates: 12.71 GBP hourly Essential requirements for Production Operative: Own transport is required due to the location of the site.
Skills and qualifications for Production Operative: Basic English level. Previous experience in food manufacturing is desired but not essential. Good communication skills. Proactive attitude. Role responsibilities for Production Operative: Operate efficiently to meet daily production targets with 100% order accuracy.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times. Produce, label, pack, and palletise products correctly to specification. Meet despatch times and maintain clean work areas and personal hygiene.
