Shift Patterns:* 06:00-18:00 or 07:00-19:00, working any 4 days out of 7.* Overtime is available during peak periods. Pay Rates:* 12.71 GBP hourlyEssential requirements for Production Operative:* Own transport is required due to the location of the site.
Skills and qualifications for Production Operative:* Basic English level.* Previous experience in food manufacturing is desired but not essential.* Good communication skills.* Proactive attitude. Role responsibilities for Production Operative:* Operate efficiently to meet daily production targets with 100% order accuracy.* Follow food safety, hygiene, and health and safety procedures at all times.* Produce, label, pack, and palletise products correctly to specification.* Meet despatch times and maintain clean work areas and personal hygiene.* Comply with site security and work flexibly across departments when required.
