Production Operatives Location: Northampton Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am 3:00pm Pay Rate: £12.71 p/h (1-hour unpaid break) Contract: Ongoing / Temp to Perm for right candidate Quest Employment are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established furniture company.
This is a hands-on role within a busy production environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in producing high-quality finished products.
The Role
Working as part of the production team, you will be involved in the manufacturing of furniture, with a focus on upholstery and quality related tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Upholstering furniture to required quality standards Sewing and stitching fabric components accurately Assembling and finishing furniture products Using hand tools and machinery safely and correctly Checking work for quality and consistency Keeping work areas clean and organised Following health & safety procedures at all times
What Were Looking For
