We are partnering with Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) to find Production Operatives for their cutting-edge Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC) . This is your chance to step onto the front lines of automotive innovation, build modern luxury, and shape the future of electric mobility.

Job details: Job Title: Production Operator Location: i54 Business Park, Innovation Drive, Coven, Wolverhampton, WV9 5GA Job Type: Temporary with potential to move to perm based on performance What We Offer Competitive Pay: £16.39 - £22.83 per hour (dependent on shift pattern and experience).

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 3-shift rotation (Mornings: £16.39 - £18.64/hr, Afternoons: £19.67 - £22.37/hr, Nights: £20.08 - £22.83/hr). Time to Unwind: 34 days of holiday (including bank holidays) plus a 2-week summer shutdown.
