Our client is a growing advanced electronics manufacturer supplying demanding defence, law-enforcement and civil markets. Theyre looking for a Production Quality Engineer who can make a genuine impact on how quality is delivered.
Youll work across the full manufacturing lifecycle: incoming materials, PCB/PCBA production, assembly, test and final inspection. Youll investigate real production problems, lead root-cause and corrective actions, support NPI and audits, strengthen quality systems and help create a genuine culture of continuous improvement.
This is a hands-on electronics manufacturing quality role, not quality in theory. Were looking for: Relevant Engineering degree Production Quality Engineering experience within electronics manufacturing Strong PCB/PCBA manufacturing knowledge IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 Root Cause / CAPA / 8D / FMEA experience ERP/MRP experience Hands-on measurement, inspection and test equipment knowledge If you want your judgement, standards and ideas to genuinely influence the manufacturing operation, wed love to hear from you.
