Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor - Blow Moulding Location: Wrexham Industrial Estate Salary: £32,000-£36,000 per annum, depending on experience Working Hours: Shift-based Employment Type: Permanent or Temporary to Permanent, depending on candidate The Opportunity We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations within a busy blow moulding environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous supervisory experience within manufacturing, ideally with a background in blow moulding, who can effectively manage a production shift and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The Role As Production Supervisor,

your responsibilities will include

Managing and supervising the daily activities of the production shift. Overseeing the operation of blow moulding machinery and production processes. Ensuring the shift operates efficiently and production activities run smoothly.

Providing day-to-day supervision and support to production staff. Monitoring performance across the shift and addressing operational issues as they arise. Ensuring employees follow company procedures and safe working practices.

Supporting the team to maintain production standards and operational efficiency. Communicating relevant shift information and operational updates. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a Production Supervisor or similar manufacturing supervisory position.

Blow moulding experience would be highly advantageous. Experience managing and supervising a manufacturing or production team. Good understanding of manufacturing operations and production processes. Strong communication and organisational skills.

Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operational challenges. A hands-on approach with the ability to work effectively on the production floor. Salary & Benefits Salary between £32,000 and £36,000 depending on experience.
