Job Description Production Team Leader Rotating ShiftsDudley | £30,000 - £35,000 DOE + Bonus | 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00A well-established and highly regarded glass manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Production Team Leader to join their team on a rotating shift pattern.
This is a hands-on leadership role where youll lead a production team, drive performance, maintain high standards, and champion continuous improvement.
