Production Team Leader

About The RoleAs a Veg Prep Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the Veg-Prep team in a busy food production area. You will make sure vegetables are prepared safely, correctly, and on time. You will plan work, support your team, and make sure prepared vegetables meet the right quality and food safety standards. Key Responsibilities:Lead and support the Veg-Prep team throughout the shiftPlan and share tasks across the teamMake sure vegetables are prepared to the right standardCheck weights, sizes, quality, and appearanceFollow recipes, work instructions, and set processesMake sure ingredients are ready for the next stage of productionComplete quality and production checksKeep clear and accurate production recordsSupport and train team membersMake sure equipment is used safelyWork closely with Production, Quality, and other teamsAbout You  We believe success comes from collaboration and diverse perspectives.
