Job Description Location: Bicester Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum Position: Full Time Permanent Position We are recruiting for a Production Technician to join a growing manufacturing business. This hands-on role will involve assembling, testing, programming, and inspecting electronic and mechanical products while supporting stock control and dispatch activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble electronic and mechanical products Carry out product testing and quality inspections Program PCB assemblies and install firmware Manage and complete production works orders Support stock control and goods-in processes Prepare products for dispatch and shipment Maintain a safe, clean, and organised work environment
About You
Experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment Good attention to detail and quality standards Comfortable using hand tools and assembly equipment Basic IT skills Able to work independently and within a team
Desirable
