Job Description Professional Indemnity Lawyer (Construction/Solicitors) 5+ To £££ This leading City insurance firm is keen to hire an experienced professional indemnity lawyer to join their expanding team. You will be working on complex, high-value work for an enviable client list.
The focus of the role is defending claims against construction professionals, architects and solicitors, and you will be advising on issues of liability and coverage. Previous relevant experience is essential as is a good understanding of commercial insurance policies, the insurance market, reporting arrangements, reserving philosophies, and the relationship between brokers, underwriters/insurers and lawyers.
