Contract Opportunity: Program Manager - Subscriptions Delivery Location: 100% Remote Contract Type: Inside IR35 Industry: Global Digital Consumer Tech & Streaming Media Role Overview A leading global digital consumer audio and media platform is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join their Subscriptions Delivery mission.
In this role, you will lead high-impact strategic initiatives across a complex product and platform ecosystem, focusing on subscriber acquisition, retention, monetization, and customer lifetime value. Key Responsibilities Cross-Functional Delivery: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Insights, and Commercial/GTM teams to translate strategic goals into sequenced delivery plans and roadmaps.
Outcome-Led Execution: Drive momentum and accountability across strategic bets, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable commercial outcomes, not just technical outputs. Risk & Dependency Management: Proactively identify, navigate, and resolve complex dependencies and delivery blockers across multi-disciplinary squads.
Modern Workflows: Leverage AI-enabled tools, data insights, and agile practices to reduce operational friction, improve planning accuracy, and enhance cross-team communication. Candidate Requirements Subscription & Digital Product Experience: Proven track record leading delivery for digital subscription products, consumer lifecycle journeys, monetization, or loyalty programs.
Technical & Cross-Functional Acumen: Extensive experience bridging communication between technical engineering teams, product managers, data analytics, and commercial stakeholders. Influence Without Authority: Adept at creating clarity, governance, and alignment across fast-paced, ambiguous matrix environments.
Modern Ways of Working: Hands-on experience with modern collaboration tools, agile delivery frameworks, and AI-assisted productivity workflows.
