With no existing Programme Manager in place, we're looking for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, bringing structure, pace and leadership to a dynamic and evolving environment. What You'll Be DoingLeading the delivery of strategic business and technology change initiatives across the organisation.

Managing and developing a team whilst driving programme governance and delivery excellence. Working with global stakeholders to implement change initiatives and ensure successful adoption across multiple markets. Owning roadmap creation and prioritisation, helping shape the future direction of technology and business transformation.

Driving key programmes including: Marketplace and channel expansionEntry into new marketsCustomer-facing digital enhancementsDirect-to-Consumer (D2C) roadmap developmentWarehouse and operational technology upgradesFront-end platform and customer experience improvementsEnsuring the technology function remains scalable, efficient and future-proof as the business continues its global growth journey.

What We're Looking ForProven experience as a Programme Manager leading large-scale change and transformation programmes. Strong retail or consumer-facing industry experience. Experience working within a global organisation and managing diverse stakeholder groups.

Demonstrable success delivering complex technology and business change initiatives. Strong roadmap development and strategic planning capabilities. A hands-on approach with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and delivery.
