My clients are an established and award winning practice, with multiple office locations they are searching for a Project Architect based in London that is highly Revit proficient that has the ability to run projects and manage project teams working within the Healthcare sector.
Whilst the position will be within the Healthcare team they are open to seeing Architects that have experience working on large scale projects and project running experience who have a genuine interest in working within the Healthcare sector My clients have delivered multiple high value projects across the healthcare sector working alongside multiple NHS trusts and Private health boards, the workload offers a large variety of projects throughout the sector both within public and private healthcareThe position can be based across any of their offices but preferably within their London or Bristol officeEssential Requirements for candidates: RIBA Part 3 qualified Architect4+ years minimum post qualification UK experienceARB registered (Desirable)Full Proficiency in REVIT (Essential) demonstrated in portfolio Experience working on Large Scale projects (Essential)Healthcare experience (desirable)Strong knowledge with Building Regs and construction working methods Proven ability to run teams and projectsDemonstrated experience working across all RIBA stagesExcellent communication and time management skillsSkilled in the Technical delivery of projectsBenefits included for the Successful Candidate: Professional memberships paidLife insurance (x2 salary)Discretionary annual bonusDiscretionary loyalty bonus (increases for each completed year of service)Pension scheme23 days leave plus bank holidaysExtra leave for 5/10/15 years of serviceFlexible hours and hybrid workingA competitive salary will be on offer for the successful Project Architect likely to be in the region of 40,000 - 50,000 dependant on experience.
