Project Co-ordinator

Overview

In this role you co-ordinate and support the planning and delivery of live, virtual and hybrid events across MCI UK. You work with cross-office teams to keep timelines, budgets and supplier info on track, from proposal through delivery and debrief. You will manage onsite delivery for events and nurture client relationships to drive repeat business. This role offers hands-on event coordination within a global network that values proactive problem-solving and high-quality execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering events across Corporate Events, PCO and DMC teams, on time and within budget
• Coordinate timelines, priorities and urgent tasks for multiple projects
• Manage supplier relationships and onsite delivery, including staff and logistics
• Maintain client relationships to retain business and identify opportunities
• Support budget building and reconciliation from conception to close
• Proactively report on project timelines and activities
• Ensure accurate delegate databases and adherence to processes
• Represent MCI UK when needed

Key requirements

• Two to three years direct relevant experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong client servicing orientation with a solution-focused mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team and meet deadlines
• Excellent time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Work independently and in teams
• MS Office literacy
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Eligible to work in the UK (no sponsorship)
