Remarkable people, trusted by clients to design and advance the world. Wood in Sunbury on Thames is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join the Project Controls team. This role will develop, automate and continuously improve digital performance management solutions, including Power BI dashboards, data models, automated reporting workflows and leadership-ready performance insights.

The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, senior management and internal and external stakeholders to improve the quality, reliability and efficiency of project reporting. The Role The role will design, build and maintain digital performance management solutions that improve project reporting quality, reduce manual effort, strengthen data governance and provide actionable insights for project leadership.

Develop and maintain the project end-to-end data model and analytics frameworkEstablish automation and governance for data ingestion, transformation and reportingProvide technical support for data ingestion, reporting failures and issue resolutionEngage with project teams, senior management and internal and external stakeholders to improve reporting processesProactively identify opportunities to improve digital performance management, dashboards and reportingDrive continuous improvement and optimisation of data, reporting and automation processesFull timePosting Date: 2026-07-31
