Join to apply for the Project Controls Manager role at DBD International 6 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join to apply for the Project Controls Manager role at DBD International The Project Controls Manager will support the Programme Management Office on behalf of the Programme Partner, ensuring effective integration, oversight, and delivery of key PMO functions.

Acting as a deputy to the PMO Lead, the PCM will workacross multidisciplinary teams to maintain baseline management, performance reporting, and project control excellence within a high-security infrastructure programme. What you will be doing: Oversee and support the delivery of strategic initiatives and PMO tasks.

Coordinate cross-discipline and cross-partner integration efforts. Lead baseline management and earned value performance monitoring. Line manage PMO team members and provide subject matter guidance. Deputise for the PMO Lead when required.

Contribute to resource planning and operational PMO support activities. Formal qualifications or training: Practitioner-level qualifications such as MSP or APMG, or equivalent experience. Strong experience in project controls disciplines including trend/change management, earned value, and scope management.

Proven track record in fast-paced, complex project environments. Experience in large infrastructure programmes; nuclear or high-security sector experience is desirable.
