Working closely with the Programme Manager and wider project team, you will play a key role in coordinating activities, tracking deliverables and ensuring the programme runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Maintain project plans, RAID logs, actions and milestone trackers. All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying. Coordinate project meetings, workshops and governance forums.

Produce status reports, dashboards and programme documentation. Track project progress, dependencies, risks and issues. Support stakeholder engagement across HR, Finance, IT and third-party suppliers. Assist with testing, implementation planning and business readiness activities.

Key experience: Previous Project Coordinator or Project Support experience within a complex organisation. Experience supporting HR, Finance, ERP or wider business transformation programmes. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Confident working with senior stakeholders and multiple workstreams. Good working knowledge of MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. This is an excellent opportunity to support a significant transformation programme within a well-established charitable organisation.

The role has been deemed outside IR35, with onsite requirements dictated by the nature of the work.
