The organisation provides installation, coordination and engineering expertise to help deliver high-quality projects safely, efficiently and on schedule. We are looking for a Project Installation Coordinator to join our client's team and support their current project in Watford.
What you'll do
Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact between site engineers, project teams, clients, suppliers, and office staff. Coordinate installation schedules, labour resources, accommodation, travel arrangements, and site access requirements for engineering teams.
Monitor project progress and maintain regular communication with engineers to ensure accurate reporting of site activities. Provide daily and weekly project updates to management and relevant stakeholders.
What you'll need
Previous experience in a project coordination, scheduling, administration, or operations support role. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with engineers, clients, suppliers, and management.
