Responsibilities

/strong /p ul li Maintain the Project Management Plan and ensure the programme’s adherence to this plan /li li Manage the Project Management digital ecosystem to operate the programme (e.g. Unified Planning, AD Projects, ARM, collaboration tools) /li li Prepare and facilitate meetings and support the preparation of milestones /li li Support the Project Manager in planning and preparing Maturity Gates /li li Maintain the programme’s action register and drive the timely closure of actions /li li Coordinate preparation of reports in various formats for both internal and external customers /li li Ensures consistency among all contractual, financial and technical requirements and coverage in the Project Management Plan (in close cooperation with the Project Controller, Customer Contract Manager and Technical Manager) /li li Maintain the programme’s integrated plan in the appropriate tool set (e.g.

Unified Planning), embedding inputs from all contributing stakeholders /li li Identify, track and communicate the programme’s critical path, proposing measures to shorten it /li li Track programme progress and provide visualisation and early warning of potential issues to allow for early mitigation, anticipation and data-driven decisions /li li Maintain the Risk and Opportunity (R O) Management Plan of the programme. /li li Maintain the R O register, including the facilitation of capture and assessment of risks and opportunities /li li Drive the definition and follow-up of R O mitigation actions /li li Proactively seek out and implement improvements in your way of working, and in the overall execution of the programme /li li Support the project’s improvement governance and contribute to the achievement of its improvement objectives /li li Production of Project History Report (yearly) /li li Supervision of overall Changes, to trigger the CCN issue and build the relevant case /li /ul p br /p p strong

Requirements

/strong /p ul li Educated to degree level in Engineering or Business Administration /li li Previous experience in leading projects or as a PMO is highly sought /li li Experience in managing/working with a project schedule is desired /li li Experience in managing risks and opportunities, either as a risk manager or a project member desired /li li PMP certification preferred /li li Excellent communication and facilitation skills /li li Ability to work across functions, and to influence and persuade the programme stakeholders amid conflicting priorities /li li Experience with typical office applications and generally well-versed in digital tools /li li Experience in standard scheduling tools (e.g.

Unified Planning, MS Project, Primavera) desired /li li Experience in using the proprietary ARM tool for risk and opportunity management is desired /li li Experience working in international teams and environments /li li Fluency in English is mandatory /li /ul p br /p
