What we're looking for
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of commercial operations, service delivery, and vendor governance. Key experience required: Strong background in contract management and vendor governance (Finance Systems or IT preferred) Proven experience in service delivery oversight or service management (ITIL exposure is a plus) Solid understanding of procurement processes and RFP management Experience supporting commercial negotiations Strong analytical skills (spend analysis, SLA tracking, performance monitoring) Exposure to PMO processes and project delivery Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, and contract/service management tools
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field 5–10 years' experience across vendor management, procurement, service delivery, commercial operations, or PMO
