Location: Basingstoke (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home) Contract Type: 12-month fixed-term About the Role This role offers the chance to drive the creation, launch, and growth of an innovative digital platform supporting patients in cardiometabolic therapy areas.

You'll collaborate with senior stakeholders, external experts, and cross-functional teams to deliver a fully compliant, data-driven, patient-centred solution. Key Responsibilities Programme Build & Implementation Lead coordination across internal teams and external vendors.

Ensure compliance with ABPI, MHRA, GDPR, and pharmacovigilance standards. Manage content certification and lifecycle via Veeva Vault Promomats. Support cross-functional input from medical, compliance, IT, PRA, and marketing.

Programme Launch Oversee launch readiness, including certified materials, field team briefings, and activation assets. Deliver training, micro-learning modules, and stakeholder toolkits. Maintain governance cadence and operational alignment.

Continuous Improvement Monitor patient engagement and service metrics. Drive enhancements based on data insights and stakeholder feedback. Optimise messaging and content through testing and performance analysis. Manage programme budget and vendor performance.

Ideal Candidate Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field. 2+ years in pharma, healthcare, or patient support programmes. Strong project management skills and cross-functional leadership. Experience in cardiometabolic therapy areas preferred.
