Lead and manage civil engineering and construction projects from concept to completionCoordinate with design teams, site managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clientsControl project budgets, programmes, and resource allocationEnsure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standardsProduce detailed progress reports, risk assessments, and updates for senior managementIdentify and resolve site issues quickly and effectivelyTravel nationwide to oversee multiple live projectsBuild, mentor, and inspire site teams and junior staffFoster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomesWhat We're Looking ForYou will be a confident leader with a proven track record of delivering successful civil engineering or construction projects.

Essential Skills and ExperienceDemonstrable experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering, infrastructure, or constructionStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent planning, organisation, and problem-solving abilitiesSound knowledge of health, safety, quality, and environmental requirementsAbility to manage multiple projects and travel extensively across the UKExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsQualificationsDegree, HND, or HNC in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related disciplineProfessional project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent (desirable)Why Join?
