Project Manager

Cornerstone Project Source Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading structural and architectural metalwork specialist for a Permanent Project Manager in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will act as the main/lead Project Manager across the majority of projects, managing structural and architectural metalwork and steelwork schemes from inception through to completion.

Start Date: ASAP Salary: £75,000 per annum, potentially up to £80,000 Employment Type: Permanent Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday, one hour lunch break) Parking: Available Location: Oxfordshire Type of Work: Project management of structural and architectural metalwork and steelwork projects

Duties

Planning and managing projects from inception through to completion Liaising with clients throughout the project lifecycle Overseeing site safety and ensuring compliance Managing quality on site Working closely with the production team and a second Project Manager Acting as main/lead Project Manager across the majority of projects Managing 3-4 operatives/sites Minimum

Requirements

Proven experience in project management within structural steelwork or architectural metalwork Confident managing client relationships and site teams Full UK driving licence (site visits carried out in a client-provided van) Desirable Experience: NVQ Level 6 preferred but not essential - experience is the priority Working Pattern: Office-based with site visit days as required, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM If you are interested, please send your CV to Katrina at katrina@cornerstone-projects.co.uk
