Job DescriptionDue to increased opportunities and demand in the Energy & Natural Resources division, the Energy & Natural Resources team are recruiting Project Managers to join a diverse and supportive team during a period of significant growth.

Our nuclear client is at the forefront of industry leading change, and we are keen to speak to individuals with project management experience to see what Turner & Townsend can offer you. MAIN PURPOSETo support client-side delivery of balance of plant systems, acting as an intelligent client to ensure integration, coordination, and performance across mechanical and utility packages.

SCOPEOversees owner's scope mechanical and utility systems, managing interfaces across vendors, infrastructure, and commissioning while controlling cost, schedule, and risk within a regulated programme. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESProject management, to include: Support delivery of balance of plant systems (HVAC, utilities, water, etc.)Act as intelligent client across vendors, advisers, and supply chainManage interfaces between plant systems, infrastructure, and commissioningMaintain schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting for assigned scopeAdminister contracts, including change control and supplier performanceCoordinate with engineering, commercial, and project controls functionsEnsure compliance with governance, safety, and quality requirementsInternal management accountabilities, to include: Staff management (where appropriate) – Inputting into the formal management of an Assistant Project Manager or small project management team, input into resource management and attendance at junior staff appraisalsKnowledge management – Ensuring that key information and learning generated from each project is input into the Turner & Townsend internal databaseProcess improvement – Identifying and acting upon ways to improve internal systems and processesQualificationsDegree qualified in relevant disciplineWorking towards a professional qualification (MCIOB / APM or similar)Proven experience managing HT&M projects, ideally in a consultancy environmentAbility to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
