The RoleAs Estates Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating multiple construction and facilities-related projects from inception through to completion.

Key responsibilities include

Managing the full project lifecycle, from planning, approvals and procurement through to delivery and handoverLeading project teams and ensuring effective coordination between internal stakeholders, suppliers and contractorsCreating and maintaining project programmes, budgets and cost plansDriving a strong health and safety culture across all projectsManaging external consultants and specialist contractorsOverseeing project documentation, governance and change control processesMonitoring project risks, progress and performance, providing regular reporting to stakeholdersEnsuring projects comply with relevant legislation, regulations and industry standardsAbout YouWe are looking for a motivated project professional with experience delivering construction, infrastructure or estates-based projects within a complex environment.

Essential experience: Strong understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work and project delivery stagesKnowledge of UK Building RegulationsWorking knowledge of CDM RegulationsExperience administering or working with NEC3 contractsAt least 3 years' experience leading teams to successfully deliver construction projectsProven ability to manage budgets, programmes, risks and stakeholdersQualifications: HND/HNC, degree, professional accreditation (such as APM), or Chartered status in a construction, project management or related disciplineWhat's on Offer?
