J3A Recruitment is supporting an established civil engineering and utilities contractor with the appointment of three Project Managers across Greater Manchester.

</br>

These positions will take responsibility for delivering civil engineering projects within the water sector, managing schemes safely, efficiently and in line with programme, commercial and quality requirements.

</br>

Key responsibilities will include:

</br>

• </br>
• Managing projects from mobilisation through to completion and handover
• </br>
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and operational resources
• </br>
• Maintaining strong health, safety, quality and environmental standards
• </br>
• Managing programmes, costs, contract administration and site records
• </br>
• Working closely with clients, designers, commercial teams and delivery partners
• </br>
• Supporting NEC contract compliance, variations and progress reporting
• </br>
• Driving projects towards a safe, high-quality and zero-defect completion
• </br>

</br>

We’re looking for experienced civil engineering professionals who can lead from the front and maintain strong relationships with both clients and site teams.

</br>

You’ll ideally have:

</br>

• </br>
• At least five years’ site management or supervisory experience
• </br>
• Civil engineering or water-sector project experience
• </br>
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid
• </br>
• A construction-related HNC, HND or degree
• </br>
• Knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM Regulations
• </br>
• Strong leadership, planning and communication skills
• </br>
• A full UK driving licence
• </br>

Temporary Works Supervisor and SEATS qualifications would be advantageous but aren’t essential.
