You will gain exposure to Cat A and Cat B office fit-outs, refurbishment schemes and wider capital projects, working alongside experienced Project Managers and Building Surveyors from concept through to completion.

The role offers a good balance of responsibility and support. From the outset you will be involved in client meetings, project delivery and contract administration, whilst continuing to develop your technical and commercial knowledge within a collaborative team environment.

You will be involved in all aspects of project delivery, including: Managing projects from inception through to completion. Delivering Cat A and Cat B office fit-out projects. Preparing programmes and project reports. Coordinating design teams, contractors and specialist consultants.

Contract administration and procurement. Managing landlord and tenant matters throughout delivery. Undertaking site inspections and monitoring project progress. Supporting senior colleagues on larger commissions whilst taking ownership of your own projects.

Alongside project work, there will also be opportunities to become involved in client relationship management and business development as your experience develops. This role would suit someone with experience in commercial project management who is looking to broaden their exposure and take on greater responsibility.

Ideally you will have: Experience delivering commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects. A background in Building Surveying, Project Management or a related construction discipline. A good understanding of landlord and tenant matters.

The team has a strong reputation in the market, works with an impressive client base and has a genuine focus on developing its people. Rather than being confined to one service line or client account, you will work across a varied portfolio of instructions and be given the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as your experience grows.
