Project Manager

Project Manager Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure and construction projects within a highly regulated environment? This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-term programme where youll play a key role in delivering major civil and infrastructure works, managing stakeholder relationships and driving project performance from concept through to completion.

What Youll Be Doing Leading the safe and successful delivery of construction and infrastructure projects Managing project teams, resources and delivery programmes to achieve key milestones Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders Monitoring project performance, budgets, risks and opportunities Managing procurement activities, subcontractor performance and contract administration Driving commercial performance and supporting effective change management processes Ensuring compliance with health, safety, quality and environmental requirements Producing regular project reports, forecasts and progress updates Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and project delivery best practice Mentoring and developing project team members to achieve high performance What Were Looking For Proven experience in a Project Manager role within construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or a related sector Strong understanding of project planning, delivery and commercial management Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractor supply chains Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills Strong knowledge of project controls, risk management and reporting processes Demonstrable experience delivering projects within highly regulated environments Understanding of NEC contracts and construction project governance Ability to lead teams, make decisions and drive project outcomes Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline is preferred Professional membership or working towards chartership would be advantageous Why Join?
