Project Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of cladding and facades projects across London. The role requires a proactive leader who can coordinate multiple stakeholders, ensure compliance with funding and technical standards, and provide expert guidance to clients on their journey.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Documentation Reporting & Compliance Client Consultation & Stakeholder Engagement Design & Technical Improvement Business Development & Relationship Management Proven experience in project management within Cladding, Facades and other closely related types of work.

Including Curtain Walling, EWI, Brick slips and Re Cladding. Strong understanding of compliance standards, including BSR, H+S and Passive Fire. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to analyse asset data and develop strategic funding solutions.

Experience in quality management, project documentation, and reporting. Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
