Job Description Project Manager Engineering | Automotive | Hands-on LeadershipAre you a Project Manager who enjoys being at the heart of engineering projectsnot just reporting on them? We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of engineering projects while managing a close-knit team of three Project Engineers .This is a role for someone who thrives on balancing technical project delivery with people leadership.
You'll be working closely with customers, suppliers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects from concept through to production, ensuring quality, timing and customer expectations are met.
What you'll be doing
Leading engineering projects from concept to launchManaging APQP-driven project deliveryCoaching and developing a team of three Project EngineersBuilding strong customer and stakeholder relationshipsManaging project timing, risk, cost and deliveryDriving continuous improvement across project deliveryWe're looking for someone with: Automotive or manufacturing project management experienceStrong APQP and product launch knowledgeExperience leading or mentoring engineersExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, collaborative and delivery-focused approachDesirable background: Aerospace, automotive or AS9100 experienceTier 1 or OEM customer experienceLean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement knowledgeLocation: Keighley, near Bradford, Leeds, Skipton, Halifax, Burnley, Bury, ColneWe offer a competitive Basic + profit share, pension on site parking etc,If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impactleading projects, developing people and helping shape the future of engineeringwe'd love to hear from you.
