60000 - 65000 per annumBristol, EnglandPermanentOur client, an integrated design and build provider in the water sector, is currently seeking a Project Manager to join their Delivery team in Bristol. This permanent role offers hybrid working opportunities.
The Project Manager will ensure all projects are delivered efficiently, within specification, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of health and safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Promote exceptional safety and delivery quality standards to direct and subcontracted workforceMaintain strong client relationships at all levelsEnsure good relationships with joint venture partners and suppliersEnsure sufficient trained personnel are available for the projectPlan projects, reviewing and approving the Project Execution Plan (PEP)Ensure detailed construction plans and method statements are prepared and approved before activities commenceEnsure all records referred to in the PEP are complete and available at contract completionReport site non-conformities and identify approximate costsManage all commercial aspects of the project proactively and accuratelyEnsure continuous professional development through external networking and trainingUnderstand and implement quality, safety, and environmental policies and targetsMaintain knowledge of all technical disciplines associated with delivering water and wastewater projectsJob
Requirements
Experience in managing multi-disciplinary design and construction projects, ideally within the water industryDegree or equivalent qualification in a construction, commercial, or engineering related disciplineProject Management Qualification (PMQ) or equivalentDelivery-driven with the ability to set targets and manage multi-disciplinary teamsExperience in project deliveryStrategic, operational, technical, and management skillsKnowledge of NEC Construction ContractsWorking knowledge of CDM and construction Health & SafetyBenefits: Car/car allowance (job needs dependent)25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays (with an additional 5 days available to buy)Contribution Pension schemeLife AssuranceHealth InsurancePrivate Medical InsuranceIf you are an experienced Project Manager looking to further develop your career in the water sector, we would love to hear from you.
