Travis Talent is recruiting on behalf of an established local manufacturing client for a Project Planner to join its scheduling and maintenance team in Rotherham. This is a varied, hands-on coordination role for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a busy workload, communicating with customers and colleagues, and making sure the right people, paperwork and materials are in place.
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Thursday, 8:30am to 5:00pm; Friday, 8:30am to 2:30pm Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire Contract: Permanent What youll be doing Planning and scheduling maintenance resources and labour.
Responding to urgent customer enquiries and repair requests while keeping accurate site records. Preparing and issuing RAMS and supporting health and safety compliance. Processing sales orders and ensuring all supporting paperwork is correct.
Raising accurate purchase orders for service, maintenance and sales requirements. Keeping customers updated on live orders and building strong working relationships. Estimating work and preparing quotations. Working closely with teams across the manufacturing site. Reviewing processes and suggesting improvements to service and efficiency.
