Project Planner

Builds, maintains, and reports against the integrated master schedule for an industrial capital project, linking design, procurement, equipment delivery, and site installation activities so the PMO and client can see true programme health and intervene early on slippage.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule spanning design, procurement, equipment build/FAT, transport, and site installation.
• Track schedule performance against recognised metrics (e.g., DCMA-14 schedule health checks, ≥85% health target) and flag deterioration early.
• Produce weekly/monthly progress reports and a phase deliverable schedule aligned to the overall project master schedule.
• Maintain critical-path visibility across concurrent equipment/tool installation packages and highlight interface risks between trades.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Scheduling industrial, manufacturing, or process facility construction/installation programmes.
• Demonstrated fluency in critical path method (CPM) scheduling and schedule health metrics (DCMA-14 or equivalent).
• Experience integrating multiple contractor/vendor schedules into a single master schedule, including offshore/international equipment vendors.
• Planning Engineer certification or equivalent (e.g., AACE PSP) a plus.

Tools & Systems

Primavera P6 or MS Project (primary scheduling); Power BI or similar for dashboarding; Excel-based deliverable/submittal trackers.
