Project QS

Overview

In this role you will support the delivery of a high-end commercial refurbishment project for a main contractor. You work closely with a Senior QS to manage costs on a circa £5m project, with office-based work in Central London and regular site visits to Richmond. You will contribute to financial control, reporting and coordination between office and site teams. The opportunity places you at the heart of a complex refurbishment, shaping cost management and project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• assist Senior QS in cost control and financial reporting
• prepare measurements, valuations and cost forecasts for a £5m refurbishment
• coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• perform site visits to monitor progress and quantify works
• support client communications and change management
• maintain records and documentation for audits and payments
