Job Description An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Lawyer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm. Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, the firm is looking to appoint a motivated and client-focused legal professional to support its busy conveyancing team.

Applications are welcomed from NQ Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, Legal Executives, and experienced Residential Property Lawyers as well as senior lawyers seeking the next step in their career. The successful candidate will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, while delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong relationships with estate agents, brokers, and other professional contacts.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a full caseload of residential property matters Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Dealing with transfers of equity Managing remortgages and refinancing matters Advising on new build transactions Handling shared ownership and Help to Buy matters where applicable Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and third parties Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and compliantly Supporting business development and networking initiatives

Requirements

Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent experience Experience handling residential conveyancing matters with appropriate supervision Strong technical and organisational skills Excellent client care and communication abilities Commercial awareness and a proactive approach Ability to manage a busy caseload effectively
