This top tier law firm seeking to appoint an experienced Property Litigation Associate (2+ years PQE) to join its established and highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team. /p p br /p p This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality property litigation matters, advising a diverse client base including commercial landlords and tenants, developers, investors, property management companies, and private clients. /p p br /p p The successful candidate will play a key role in managing complex matters, supporting business development initiatives, and contributing to the continued growth of the practice. /p p br /p p strong u Key Responsibilities /u /strong /p p - Managing a varied caseload of property litigation matters with appropriate autonomy /p p - Advising on a wide range of disputes including: /p p o Commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes /p p o Possession proceedings and forfeiture matters /p p o Dilapidations claims /p p o Easements, rights of way, and boundary disputes /p p o Lease renewals and termination matters /p p o Trespass, nuisance, and restrictive covenant issues /p p - Delivering commercially focused and pragmatic legal advice /p p - Supporting senior colleagues on complex and high-value disputes /p p - Developing and maintaining strong client relationships /p p - Contributing to business development, networking, and profile-raising activities /p p - Supervising junior team members where appropriate /p p br /p p strong u The Firm Offers /u /strong /p p - Exposure to high-quality and complex work /p p - A collaborative and high-performing environment /p p - Highly Competitive remuneration and comprehensive benefits package /p p - Hybrid and flexible working arrangements /p p - Clear progression opportunities within an expanding practice /p p - Ongoing investment in professional development /p p This appointment would particularly suit an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor seeking to join a highly regarded team and take the next step in their career within a commercially focused environment. /p p br /p p Applications are invited from candidates meeting the above criteria.
