AJ Chambers are proud to be partnered with a national, award-winning law firm as they look to grow their disputes function by hiring a Property Litigation specialist. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Property Litigation Lawyer with 3+ years PQE to join a leading firm as an Associate or Senior Associate.

You will work as part of a specialist team on all areas of property litigation with a particular expertise in landlord and tenant matters.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage your own caseload while also mentoring and supervising junior team members. Your key duties will include: Independently and proactively handling defended service charge, ground rent, and possession matters across both residential and commercial properties.

Providing expert legal advice on breach of covenant issues and general landlord and tenant matters. Ensuring adherence to court and tribunal deadlines, with consistent attention to high-quality case management. Assessing claims, analysing the strengths and weaknesses of defences and counterclaims, and advising clients accordingly.

Delivering training sessions and supporting the professional development of junior staff. Keeping clients informed through regular reporting and maintaining transparent communication throughout case progression. Contributing to business development efforts and supporting the growth of the practice.
