Birchrose Associates is proud to be representing a long-established boutique law firm, which is seeking an experienced Property Litigation Locum to join the firm on an interim basis. The Firm Our client is a well-established boutique London law firm with a strong reputation in the property litigation space.
The firm is looking for an experienced Property Litigation Locum to support its existing team for a 3 - 6-month period. The Opportunity The ideal candidate will be an experienced Property Litigation professional who is confident managing a varied caseload.
Duties will include: Manage a varied caseload of commercial and residential property litigation matters Advise clients across a range of property-related disputes Handle matters independently from initial instruction through to resolution Provide clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients Maintain accurate files and ensure matters progress efficiently Manage competing priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision Work alongside a team of three Lawyers and Administrators Utilise LEAP as the firm's case management system This Property Litigation Locum position is available on a 3 – 6-month basis.
The successful candidate will work 3 - 4 days per week on a fully remote basis.
