The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Partner (Or Senior Associate ready to take the next step) to take a leading role within the Property disputes team. You will manage and lead complex matters including: Developer and right to light disputesParty wall and trespass claimsLandlord & tenant litigationPossession and mortgage claimsContested lease renewals, forfeiture and secured recoveryBeyond case leadership, you will play a strategic role in client development, cross-referrals and team supervision, helping shape the next phase of the department's growth.
