The RoleYou'll join a well-established Property Litigation team handling a broad and interesting mix of work, including: Advising on commercial and residential property disputesActing for landlords, tenants, property managers, and investorsManaging matters such as breaches of covenant, dilapidations, and possession proceedingsSupporting on more complex disputes while developing your own caseloadWorking closely with other specialist teams to deliver joined-up, commercially focused adviceExploring and utilising ADR where appropriate to achieve efficient outcomesCandidate RequirementsWe're keen to hear from candidates who can demonstrate: Around 3 years' PQE in Property LitigationExperience across commercial and/or residential property disputesStrong technical grounding and a practical, solution-focused mindsetConfident drafting, negotiation, and case management skillsAbility to manage deadlines and handle a busy, varied caseloadA collaborative approach and strong client communication skillsA proactive attitude with an interest in building client relationshipsWhy Join?
