Ideally you will have at least 6 years experience in property litigation law and be looking for your next challenge. ResponsibilitiesHandle a diverse caseload of property litigation matters including landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, dilapidations and possession claimsRepresent clients in court proceedings and mediationsProvide high-quality legal advice and solutions to clients including property developers, investors and commercial landlordsKeep abreast of changes in property litigation law and ensure compliance with all relevant regulationsQualificationsQualified solicitor with 6+ years of PQE in property litigationStrong background in handling a broad range of property litigation matters.
