Property Manager

Overview

In this role, you will manage applicant enquiries, conduct viewings, and negotiate tenancy agreements, while supporting an existing portfolio. You’ll work closely with the lettings and property management team to liaise with landlords and tenants on maintenance and tenancy matters. You’ll join a respected team offering a realistic path to strong earnings through renewals, new lettings, and referrals. Responsibilities

• Manage applicant enquiries and property viewings
• Negotiate offers and secure tenancy agreements
• Support management of an existing property portfolio
• Liaise with landlords and tenants regarding maintenance and tenancy matters
• Collaborate with the lettings and property management team

Key requirements

• At least 2 years’ experience in lettings or property management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Professional and smart appearance
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car
• Willingness to work alternate Saturday mornings
