Glasgow City Centre | £33,000 per annum We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join a well-established property business based in Glasgow City Centre. This is a varied role suited to someone with strong residential property management experience who is confident managing the full tenancy lifecycle , from move-in through to move-out.
The Role Managing properties throughout the full move-in and move-out process Preparing and managing leases and tenancy documentation Handling tenant and landlord queries and maintaining strong relationships Managing property compliance and ensuring relevant requirements are met Coordinating inspections, maintenance and contractors where required Processing and handling tenant references Managing complaints and resolving issues professionally Maintaining accurate property and tenancy records Supporting the wider team with occasional property sales activity, although this will not be a major part of the role Occasional property visits will be required, so access to your own car is essential ; however, regular travel/visits will not be expected About You Previous experience in a residential Property Management/Lettings role Strong understanding of the full tenancy lifecycle Experience dealing with leases, compliance and tenancy administration Confident handling tenant and landlord relationships Comfortable dealing with complaints and resolving issues Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple properties effectively Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Salary: £33,000 per annum If you're an experienced Property Manager looking for a new opportunity in Glasgow City Centre, I'd be keen to hear from you.
