Property Paralegal

We're working with a growing hospitality business to recruit an experienced Property Paralegal to support a diverse commercial property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented legal professional looking for a varied role covering property transactions, lease administration, compliance, and document management.

You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to help ensure property matters are managed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with lease agreements, licences, property contracts, and related legal documentation
• Support property acquisitions, disposals, renewals, and portfolio management activities
• Liaise with solicitors, landlords, tenants, and managing agents
• Maintain lease, contract, and compliance registers
• Monitor key lease events, contractual obligations, and critical dates
• Conduct property searches and support due diligence exercises
• Manage and improve document control systems and filing processes
• Prepare legal summaries, reports, and document packs for stakeholders
• Support compliance and governance across the property portfolio

About You

• Previous experience as a Property Paralegal is required
• Strong understanding of commercial property documentation and processes
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience using document management systems and Microsoft Office
• Ideally experience within hospitality, real estate, property, or related sectors
• Knowledge of Land Registry procedures
