• Handle varied residential property transactions (Freehold and Leasehold Sales, Purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity)
• Collaborate with pre-exchange, completions, and compliance teams to ensure smooth processes
• Deliver high-quality client service and advice
• Maintain accurate and detailed records for all matters

Key requirements

• Residential Conveyancing experience (2+ years)
• Previously worked in roles such as Residential Property Solicitor, Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or similar
