Job Description Prosecutions Lawyer Locum, 3-6+ months Yorkshire
About the Role
Sellick Partnership is looking for a Prosecutions Lawyer to join a friendly and well-established local authority on a locum basis. Key Responsibilities include dealing with criminal prosecutions matters such as: Taxi licensing appeals Fly tipping Fraud Abatement notices Planning enforcement School non-attendance This role would be best suited to a Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with previous experience working in local government in Litigation.
