PSV Technician – Lincoln Location: Lincoln Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: 38–40 hours per week Shifts: Rotating earlies and lates, working 5 days out of 7 Pay award due in the new year Questech Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced PSV Technician to join a busy engineering team in Skegness.

You will carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to keep the bus fleet safe, reliable and ready for service. The Role Carry out routine servicing, maintenance and repairs on PSV vehicles. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.

Complete vehicle inspections and rectify defects. Prepare vehicles for MOT testing. Work on engines, transmissions, braking, steering and suspension systems. Complete job cards and maintenance records accurately. Follow workshop health and safety procedures.

Work closely with the engineering team to minimise vehicle downtime. The Ideal Candidate Experience as a PSV Technician, Bus Mechanic, HGV Technician or similar. A relevant qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair, ideally Level 3 or equivalent.

Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills. A good understanding of vehicle inspection and roadworthiness standards. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work rotating early and late shifts, including weekends.
