You will teach motivated, ambitious students and play a key role in enriching the department's academic offer. The school provides a comprehensive ECT induction pathway, including weekly mentor meetings, subject-specific training, and opportunities to observe experienced practitioners.
Experience and Qualifications Ability to teach A-Level Psychology with confidence and enthusiasm Strong subject knowledge and passion for Social Sciences Reflective, resilient, and eager to develop as a teacher PGCE/QTS with a specialism in Psychology Legal right to work in the UK School Information This large, high-performing secondary school in Reading is Ofsted Outstanding and widely recognised for its exceptional Sixth Form provision.
