Key Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and thought-provoking lessons in Psychology to KS4 and KS5 students Support students in developing critical thinking and research skills, preparing them for exams and future study Foster a passion for psychology and encourage students to explore real-world applications of psychological theory Provide constructive feedback and tailored support to students to help them succeed Contribute to the development of the psychology curriculum, ensuring it remains up-to-date and relevant Take part in departmental meetings, professional development, and school-wide activities Support the school’s pastoral care and contribute to the wider school community

About You

A degree in Psychology or related field Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE Experience teaching Psychology at KS4 and KS5 A passion for psychology and a desire to inspire students Strong communication and classroom management skills Ability to create an engaging and inclusive learning environment Why This School?
